In the production process of the iron and steel plant, the belt conveyor in each area of raw materials, sintering, pelletizing and blast furnace is an important link for material transportation. There are different degrees of dust emission problems in the process of material transportation. The internal ground and bridge of the plant, corridor and transfer station are easy to cause dust coverage. When the traditional cleaning method is adopted, it is very easy to cause secondary dust, which is not conducive to the environmental treatment of the workshop, It also brings potential safety hazards, endangers the health of workshop workers and reduces the overall work efficiency of the workshop. Anyang Iron and Steel Co., Ltd. is also one of them. The first rolling refinery and the second Zha refinery are troubled by the problems of large dust output, difficult cleaning and large secondary pollution. The problems are as follows:
1. The dust in the two workshops of the first and second Zha refinery of Anyang Iron and Steel Co., Ltd. is relatively large, and the particle size of the dust generated in some working sections is different. If the common dust collector is used, it is easy to block the pipeline and dust collection tools;
2. The dust cleaning workload of each floor of the two workshops is large, the manual cleaning is difficult and the cleaning efficiency is low;
In view of the problems encountered in the first and second Zha refineries of Anyang Iron and Steel Co., Ltd. and in combination with the requirements of the "guide for ultra low emission facilities in iron and steel enterprises", Sinovac designed, produced and implemented six sets of workshop TSP monitoring position vacuum suction systems. After use, the operators gave the following feedback:
1. It brings great convenience to the dust removal in the steel plant workshop
2. The dust cleaning in the workshop is very strong
3. Short distance dust cleaning speed is very fast
4. Effectively restrain the secondary dust problem of workshop dust cleaning
The excellent dust control effect highlights the advanced, practical, stable and reliable control level of our CVP series equipment, which is easy to operate, and realizes centralized management and decentralized control for the dust control problems of the two production workshops of Angang.
Aiming at the problems of Anyang Iron and steel workshop, the design of Sinovac vacuum cleaning system is as follows
1. In view of the poor effect of common cleaning tools in dealing with large particles and large proportion of dust, our company has designed special cleaning tools to ensure that large particles and large proportion of dust in the workshop can also be absorbed efficiently and quickly;
2. In order to prevent large particle dust from blocking the pipeline and getting stuck at the connection between the host and the pipeline, a unique front large particle filter box is designed, which can push forward and reduce the weight of dust collection tools;
3. For the dust with viscosity and easy to agglomerate in case of moisture, we designed the pulse vibration function at the bottom of the silo to avoid the accumulation of dust in the dust collection silo;
4. Explosion proof and anti-static design are adopted for explosive metal dust, such as flexible configuration of explosion suppression system, explosion relief system, explosion-proof system and spray system. Anti static design is adopted for all cleaning tools and cleaning host.
5. Multiple working floors are designed with intelligent cleaning pipeline branch points, which is convenient for workers to clean dust in any corner and realize no secondary pollution.
