And keep constant improvement output and quality on the basis of total waste discharge and energy consumption declining year by year. on July 2021, the desulfurization area of the steel-making operation department and the sleeve kiln workshop were modified for dust reform.

Equipment inevitably makes industrial dust during production in the desulfurization area of the steel-making operation department and the sleeve kiln workshop due to special process.Because large workshop space traditional dust collector can not absorb all floating dust in all of space that create a lot of stacked thick dust in each floor of workshop,thus seriously reduces environmental quality of the workshop and violates principle of civilized production. Wellson technical team combine two workshops conditions to design targeted cleaning solution, and the advantage is as follows:

1、Design of multiple vacuum nozzle: each vacuum cleaning system can start 4 vacuum nozzles at the same time to quickly clean compartment platform dust;

2、Anti-corrosion design: system and related accessories utilize high-corrosion materials corresponding to dust chemical reaction in high humidity environment of the work area, the question of corrosion host and pipelines,etc, and prolongs equipment life; 

3、Anti-static design: According to dust property, all cleaning tools, cleaning pipelines and cleaning hosts utilize anti-static materials;

4、High-efficiency cyclonic separator design: It can effectively filter ≥90% large specific gravity dust and large particle dust to reduce workload of dust separator and prolong its life; 

5、Differential pressure alarm device design: when equipment pressure difference exceeds setting parameters system automatically reminds, thus the staff can clean filter element or replace cartridge filter in time; 

6、Large-particle light-weight vacuum tools special design: The tool solve the problem of different sizes of dust in the workshop that large particles dust block cleaning pipe and cleaning tools during work,also solve the problem that operators are very tired when they hold heavy-weight cleaning tools to work for a long time.
