Baosteel Iron and Steel Co., Ltd. has always adhered to the vision of sustainable development in the process of development. In the overhaul and transformation project of Baosteel No. 3 sintering plant in 2015, our technical team designed a professional complete set of cleaning system equipment according to the environment of your workplace and the nature of dust, so as to solve the problem of dust pollution in Baosteel No. 3 sintering plant.

In this project, four sets of cleaning and dust collection systems are set up for the dust and quicklime area at the bottom of the dye preparation room and batching room, the head of 0-301 belt conveyor and the material receiving area of 0-302 belt conveyor, and No. 4 transfer station. The advantages of this series of vacuum cleaning system designed for Sinovac in Baosteel No. 3 sintering workshop are as follows:

1. According to the requirements of the project leader of Baosteel, the host equipment is fixed installation, and the equipment adopts the current international advanced, mature and reliable technology, with excellent product quality and reduced investment cost of workshop environmental protection;

2. According to the average value of the common maximum and minimum temperatures in the workshop, effective anti freezing measures are adopted. The design is as follows -9.4 for 3 hours, and normal production can still be maintained under cold conditions;

3. Multiple dust suction ports are set to quickly and efficiently clean the accumulated dust and scattered materials on the ground and the surface of production equipment;

4. According to different workplaces and dust properties, special dust collection tools for Baosteel are designed to ensure that the pipe network system is not blocked, and large particle dust can be filtered to the dust collection bucket in time, so as to improve the working efficiency of the host machine;

5. Large suction design: when blanking occurs or maintenance occurs, tons of materials are often accumulated in the workshop. Our specially designed large suction negative pressure cleaning system can help customers deal with the stacking materials quickly.

For the dust control design of Baosteel No. 3 sintering workshop, CVP series vacuum cleaning device is developed, and the cleaning unit with negative pressure transmission is adopted. The air duct design is simple and convenient according to the needs of customers, which is conducive to the use of operators, efficient dust removal, and mainly solves the secondary pollution.
