The central vacuum cleaning system is composed of dust collector host , pipe system, dust socket and dust components.Dust collector host is placed inside or outside workshop (according to the site conditions). Host is connected to suction port of each room through pipe collection. When cleaning dust component is inserted into suction nozzle,the harmful air and dust pass through dust pipeline,so suck indoor harmful dust into a large-capacity garbage bag. Central vacuum cleaning system simply operates and avoids the impact of indoor noise, also avoids secondary dust pollution and completely clean small-scale pollution.

Central vacuum cleaning system is difficult to collect ultra-fine dust, filter high speed, poor clean , easily wear and leak of filter bag, and high operating cost. Compare to existing various bag collector and electrostatic collect in the market it has characteristics of more large filtration area effectively , lower pressure difference, lower emission, smaller volume and longer use and so on.

Single cartridge filter dust collector structure is composed of inlet pipe, exhaust pipe,box body, dust bucket , cleaning dust device, diversion device, air flow distribution plate , cartridge filter and electric control device. Adopting design principle of sinking-flow, using gravity with top-down air -flow pattern, avoiding filter material pollution for the second time.Perfect combination of the high-efficiency cartridge filter and the sink-flow dust collector greatly reduce dust collector volume and area.

Dust collection system includes dust collector of filter cartridge (explosion-proof style), automatic control system, power system, piping system, dust collection cover and other parts.Pipeline system is designed and configured between dust collection cover at the end of the two-way pipeline net and install at the beginning of the pipe. When equipment starts the system will automatically works. Dust near vacuum cover(dust, small debris, etc.) at 50mm is sucked into pipeline system and is transported to dust collector host and is filtered and separated.
