Core of the Project: Technological Empowerment and Source Governance
The implemented vacuum cleaning system is a modern dust removal solution tailored to address the problems of traditional cleaning methods (such as manual cleaning and compressed air blowing), including severe dust generation, low efficiency, and numerous safety hazards. The system adopts advanced central negative pressure vacuum technology, deploying high-efficiency vacuum interfaces in key plant areas (such as converter platforms, continuous casting zones, raw material transfer points, belt galleries, and around electrical rooms). It utilizes strong negative pressure to directly suck scattered steel slag, dust, mill scale, waste materials, etc., generated during production into a closed pipeline system, which then transports them to a high-efficiency dust collector for centralized filtration.

Substantially Reduced Dust Pollution: The system captures escaping dust at its source, expected to significantly reduce the workplace dust concentration by over XX% in related areas.
